All About our after school program
Club Hub is our after school program, where fun and educational activities through STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics) come together. Homework help, S.T.E.A.M projects, wacky science projects, and healthy socialization with other children are what we do best!
Club Hub starts as soon as your child is released from school. Our staff picks up all local children, and welcome all children from any school! If your child has other lessons or activities after school, we’re open until 7pm so feel free to stop by!
Homework help:
If the kids have homework, we’re here to help! Our staff ensures that each child gets a chance to settle in and unwind with a snack before diving into their homework for the day, and we strive to provide a welcoming and loving environment for them to share about their day, connect, and regroup.
Wacky science:
We offer play-based, dynamic, and interactive science projects that engage young minds and get them inspired to explore scientific principles such as cause and effect, the laws of physics, thermodynamics, hydrodynamics, and more!
S.t.e.a.m. projects:
Our S.T.E.A.M. projects and stations offer kids the chance to explore their inner builder and inner creator, where they have the opportunity to create everything from lego robots, water bottle rockets, and marble rollercoasters to creating their own art and musical masterpieces.
outdoor ACTIVITIES/FREE Play:
This is where the kids get to blow off some after school steam at the park across the street, and get some pent up energy out of their systems with fresh air, sunshine, sports, and water play. Then we invite them back to the center for Free Play, where they have access to all of our games and tech gadgets for free play. They can 3D Print, Build a world in Roblox or Minecraft, Code their own apps…The possibilities are endless!
EDucational Escape rooms:
To foster team-building, peer communication, and problem-solving skills, our staff goes all-out to create themed educational escape rooms that employ the use of puzzles, codes, riddles, and mini-games that stretch the mind and bring the FUN back into learning!
